Data should be interactive and accessible. The Monitor, Reporting & Evaluation Dashboard is a customized dashboard that allowed our project team to review partners progression in key concept areas and habits that we were hoping to perform. The dashboard provided both individual partner and whole project perspectives when reviewing implementation and benchmark data. Below is a reduced version with anonymized data.
Community Data Dashboard
A community initiative should be open, transparent and collaborative. The difficultly of cross-community collaboration is each organization has its own culture, systems and processes. A Community Data Dashboard promotes common language and universal look-fors across the community. It promotes collaborative problem solving and the sharing of discovered innovations. Evaluation Matrix
Working with a diverse group of people can lead to differing opinions and runaway conversations that lose site of the end goal. Here is an example of a user-friendly decision matrix that was created to help bring a team to consensus on which decisions were best suited for a new iteration in the project design.
